We are glad you are visiting our website. Our congregation is located in North Central Baltimore across North Charles Street from the Homewood Campus of Johns Hopkins University. We are a Christ-centered congregation in the Baptist tradition, yet many in our fellowship come from a wide variety of backgrounds and faith traditions. We are a warm and welcoming community of Christ-followers who love to worship, study and serve together. We pray that you will soon find a congregation where you can grow and serve, and we invite you to come and see if our congregation might be that place for you.

Children's Ministry Youth College Young Adults Adults Wednesday Prayer Series On Wednesday evenings during our Mid-Week adult Bible Study time at 6:45 p.m., we are studying the book, Prayer: Finding the Heart’s True Home by Richard Foster. The pastor present s a synopsis of two to three chapters each week. Reading the book is optional. If you would like a copy of the book, please see the pastor. In addition, UBC Deacons are beginning a new Prayer Ministry. Starting in February, there will be a box in the back of the sanctuary where you can insert prayer requests. You can also email your requests to prayers@ubcbaltimore.org. Women's Spiritual Formation Group We are starting a new study! Based on the book, Small Things With Great Love by Margot Starbuck, it explores how God is calling us to look around and see how God is calling us to love our neighbor in the midst of what we do everyday. Join us in the Parlor (door off of our smaller parking lot) at 7 p.m. on Monday nights (unless otherwise noted). Prefer a more contemporary Worship? Come join us for our new casual and contemporary worship service on Sunday mornings! We have a praise band and Dr. Carrell preaches his sermon. Worship in a relaxed atmosphere in our beautiful Davis Chapel (entrance off of Charles St.) at 8:50 a.m. __________________________________________________________
Can't make it to worship in the mornings? UBC offers The Gathering, which is geared towards our college ministry but all are welcome! Come on Sunday nights at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary and check out our contemporary worship service with a student-led band and a message from Marty. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
