Welcome to UBC!
We are glad you are visiting our website. Our congregation is located in North Central Baltimore across North Charles Street from the Homewood Campus of Johns Hopkins University. We are a Christ-centered congregation in the Baptist tradition, yet many in our fellowship come from a wide variety of backgrounds and faith traditions. We are a warm and welcoming community of Christ-followers who love to worship, study and serve together.  We pray that you will soon find a congregation where you can grow and serve, and we invite you to come and see if our congregation might be that place for you.
May you know God's grace and peace.

Vacation Bible School!

Our annual Vacation Bible School will take place the week of July 27-31, 2015.

In our ninth annual team effort, the Churches of Charles are excited to begin another fantastic VBS journey together!

At G-Force, kids will experience God’s Love in Action as they explore how God puts our lives into MOTION! Each day focuses on an action word:

Kids will have a great time exploring these ACTION WORDS through Bible Stories, Games, Art, Science, Snacks, Mission and more!

VBS registration is opened for children ages 3 through completed 5th grade.
Volunteers, Teachers, and Student Helpers (completed 6th grade through High School) are needed.

Vacation Bible School is a wonderful opportunity every summer for children to discover the love of Jesus while they enjoy games, arts and crafts, music, science and chapel time.

For the past eight years, we have joined together with the Churches of Charles to offer this one week Vacation Bible School: Cathedral Church of the Incarnation, First English Lutheran Church, Church of Saints Philip and James, Second Presbyterian Church & University Baptist Church.
